Work proof

Live sites, active builds, demos, and upgrade plans are labeled clearly.

What usually needs fixing

The website should explain the business before people have to ask.

No website yet

You need a simple homepage or small site that tells people what you do, where you are, and how to contact you.

Facebook or Booking Page Only?

You need a website you control, with your services, contact details, and a clear path to your booking link or phone number.

Outdated Website?

You may need a redesign, better page structure, cleaner mobile layout, and a contact flow people can use without hunting for it.

Need More Room for Services?

You may have outgrown a basic page and now need service pages, project proof, or an easier quote form.

Custom tools by quote

More than static brochure sites

Some sites need more than pages and contact forms. Synapse can build quote tools, visual selectors, booking handoffs, private portals, and interactive proof when the business case is real.

This artifact is a capability proof, not a Basic Page or Starter Site default. Custom tools are scoped separately when they make the buyer path clearer.

See something before you commit

Start with a free homepage concept or upgrade plan.

Thinking about a new website, but not ready to commit yet? Peter can sketch a realistic homepage direction. Already have a site, social page, or booking page? Ask what should be fixed, kept, cut, or rebuilt.

Free homepage concept

New site

Peter sketches a realistic homepage direction so you can see the layout, section order, and tone before deciding on a full build.

Website Upgrade Opportunity Plan

Existing site

Peter reviews what to keep, what to cut, what pages to add, and whether a rebuild is actually worth it.

Request to launch

How a project usually works.

01

Tell Peter what you need

A short email or call is enough to start. You do not need a polished brief.

02

Choose the right starting point

Pick a package, request a free homepage concept, or begin with a Website Upgrade Opportunity Plan.

03

Get a clear page map

You will know what pages are being built, what each page needs to do, and what content is still needed.

04

Review, launch, and care

You review the site on desktop and mobile, then launch with care, sitemap, Search Console setup, and indexing requests handled as launch basics.

Facebook, Instagram, Google listings, and booking pages are not the same as owning a website.

Objections answered

Cost, ownership, SEO, and care are visible before you ask.

How much does a small-business website cost?

Synapse packages start at $500 + $49/mo care for Basic Page. Starter Site is $1,200 + $59/mo care and is the most common fit. Expanded Website is $2,500 + $79/mo care. Custom / Portal / Advanced work starts from $4,000.

What happens before I commit to a build?

New-site leads can start with a free homepage concept. Existing-site leads can ask for a Website Upgrade Opportunity Plan. Final scope is reviewed before work begins.

What is included in monthly care?

Monthly care covers maintenance, support access, minor content updates within a defined limit, recovery posture where applicable, and basic monitoring. It is not unlimited work or hidden advanced SEO.

What is included in launch SEO basics?

Launch SEO basics means page titles, meta descriptions, heading structure, sitemap, Search Console setup, indexing requests, and basic image and page organization. It is not a promise of rankings or a full monthly SEO campaign.

Who owns the domain?

For real production work, the domain should be client-owned. Synapse Guild can help with setup and alignment, but ownership should not be hidden inside a developer account without a clear agreement.

Can the website work with my existing booking link?

Yes. If you already use Square, Booksy, Vagaro, Fresha, Squire, or another booking platform, the website can explain your services and send people to the right booking page.
